At Valery Madelyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please review our return guidelines below.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or is not the product you ordered, we will gladly offer a refund, provided that you notify us within 30 days of delivery.

  • The refund will cover the full purchase price, including any shipping fees you paid at checkout.

  • If we require you to return the package to us, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and a return merchandise form to include with your return.

Returns for Other Reasons
We also accept returns for reasons other than the above, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs will paid by the customer.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, based on the original item value.

Return Requirements
To ensure proper processing, all returns must meet these requirements:

  • You need to affix our provided return label on the outside of the package.

  • Please include the return merchandise form inside the package.

Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the return and issue a credit to your original payment method.
